Roxroy Barrett is a seasoned leader with a distinguished career spanning healthcare, IT, government, and military service. A U.S. Navy veteran and former Navy & Field Marine Force (FMF) Hospital Corpsman “Medic”, he brings over 30 years of expertise in business development, strategic growth, and operational leadership.

His extensive background includes key roles at Mayo Clinic, where he led multispecialty clinic operations, and local government municipality, overseeing million-dollar projects in urban planning and infrastructure. As the CEO of Firm Healthcare System (FHS), he has successfully secured national government contracts in healthcare and IT services.

Roxroy is a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer, a Lean Executive (Johnson & Johnson), and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. His global consulting experience spans the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, providing expert guidance in healthcare expansion and technology integration.

Under his leadership, A-Team Solutions LLC continues to grow organically and through strategic acquisitions, focusing on government contracting and the set-aside sector. His vision is to drive innovation, expand veteran-owned businesses, and deliver high-quality staffing and services solutions across industries.

Mr. Barret collaborates diligently with Mr. JJ Nathan, Co-Founder, to ensure that ATS consistently delivers exceptional value to our clients. Their professional partnership focuses on maintaining the organization’s commitment to quality service and client satisfaction

Mr. JJ Nathan is a business professional with over 25 years of experience in leadership, program and project management, currently serving as Co-Founder of A-Team Solutions, LLC. His extensive background includes work with various federal, state, and commercial clients, where he has provided program management, project management, and executive oversight. Mr. Nathan adheres to Project Management Institute standards and employs best practices in project planning and execution. He holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA in Finance, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. His areas of expertise encompass executive leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and government contracting, including experience with SDVO and SBA-certified small businesses.
